Kent Smith, manager of strategic business planning for the US Postal Service, speaks during "The Future of the Post Office" held March 15, 2012. Panel included Columbia University historian Richard John and USPS Inspector General David Williams and was moderated by MIT's V.A. Shiva Ayyadurai.
