Driving this initiative, he oversees efforts to integrate technology into UPS's physical infrastructure to create business opportunities for customers and help ensure the company's leadership position in the new age of global commerce.
In this talk, Eskew provides an overview of UPS's history, details the "scan it once" approach to package delivery, and explains UPS's dynamic partnerships with major US corporations.
