Abstract: Today leaders are challenged more than ever before to develop within themselves the ability to grow beyond their current limitations. Leading yourself effectively is the key prerequisite to leading others with greatness. The C.O.R.E. Leadership Model is a memorable and effective framework rooted in brain science and social intelligence. C.O.R.E. Leadership has been used extensively by Parrish Partners in executive coaching and training seminars to help leaders achieve greater clarity, higher purpose and better engagement from others. The goal of this session is to share an overview of the model and apply selective key concepts of the model to your own life and career.

Biography: Michele Parrish specializes in leadership and management development for executives, managers, and business owners seeking to maximize their true potential. Her client companies span financial services, high technology, consumer products, insurance, and manufacturing companies. Her 19 years of leadership roles and consulting includes billion dollar multi-national public corporations, privately held entrepreneurial companies, and small family owned businesses.

Michele graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a Master of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Materials Science. She graduated from the University of Michigan with a bachelor degree in Industrial & Operations Engineering. Michele is also a graduate of several leadership programs including MIT Leaders for Manufacturing, Arizona Leadership 2000, Intel Leadership Development Forum, Intel Leadership Curriculum, and Chandler Leadership Institute. Michele received her coach training from Corporate Coach University, the leading global provider of business and corporate coach training programs and services.
