I think it was in video # 2 or 3 he said the stuff he was using was a 10 percent mixture of a water soluble oil and 90 percent water, unless you meant what is the best type of coolant/oil to use for the specific material being worked???

I usually use a small chip brush to clear off the flutes and alos if there is any cutting lube/coolant on the brush it is a good way to put just a little on the drill ;)

Wasn’t this just demonstrated? He could have used the compound for adding the chamfer as well, with the tool at the original angle.

Watch the chatter as it will snap the end of the cutoff tool right off especially in aluminum (softer metal).
