Climbing the Career Ladder: Gender and the Workplace
A panel discussion with speakers from fields where women are typically under-represented, including Aditi Garg (Tesla Motors), Pamela Benkert (Philips Healthcare), Hilda Tang (Oliver Wyman), and Leah Buechley (MIT). The speakers share their career paths and experiences in the workplace, as well as discuss the evolving influence of gender in the workplace.
This event was part of the 2012 GWAMIT Empowerment Conference.
