Absolutely amazing what we can achieve with robotics these days…
I am not a scientist, I work in the beauty industry (as a laser hair removal physician), but from time to time I come across amazing breakthroughs in our industry as well thanks to technology. For example back in 2006 (or 2007…) a company called Sciton announced high-speed robotic scanning of a high-fluence laser for the non-sequential removal of hairs. This technology offered significant advancements for physicians like me regarding faster (and more comfortable) removal of hair.
